Screen printing is the process that involves transferring a stenciled design on a flat surface with ink, a mesh screen, and a squeegee. Plastisol ink is one of the most commonly used screen printing ink type and has been around for decades. Plastisol is a much more user friendly ink, as it is more accurate for matching Pantone colors. The Pantone Color System, or PMS, is a standardized color matching system, which is widely used around the world. It was devised to help printers and designers to specify and control colors for printing projects. The Pantone Color System allows you to specify colors that cannot be mixed in traditional CMYK.

Screen Printing Process
Each design is separated by color, the elements within each color separation are then burned into a screen to develop a stencil. If your design is a three color print, we’ll produce three screen stencils. Each garment is printed one color at a time.
